You must be 21 with a valid driver’s license to rent equipment from B&B. If born before July 1, 1996, you do not need any special license to operate a boat. Yes, we will supply you with an appropriate number of life jackets for your group, including properly sizing life jackets for children. For more information on life jacket regulations, including requirements for children 6 years of age and younger, visit the Michigan Department of Natural Resources website.

All of our rentals go out with a full tank. When you return, we will fill the tank and you’ll pay for what you used.

Yes. There is a non-refundable $50 Dog Fee to take a dog on any rental boat.

No, our boats are already in the water and must remain on Higgins Lake.

All boats must be returned by 5:00 pm. Boats returned after 5:00 pm will be charged double the hourly rate. Boats going out for multiple days must be returned by 5:00 pm on the final day of the rental.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the case of inclement weather, we allow same-day cancellation.
