Dog & Service Animal Policy

For the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of all guests, dogs are not permitted on B&B Marina rental boats or inside the clothing shop. B&B Marina complies fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the ADA: A service animal is a dog individually trained to perform specific work or tasks for a person with a disability. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted on rental boats or inside the shop. When a service animal is present, staff may ask the two questions permitted by law: 1. Whether the animal is required because of a disability; and 2. What work or task the animal has been trained to perform. We appreciate our guests’ cooperation and respect for policies designed to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Weather Policy

Guest safety is our top priority. Rentals may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, storms, or lightning. If B&B Marina determines conditions are unsafe, guests will be offered a reschedule or refund. Weather conditions that are safe but not ideal (cloudy skies, cooler temperatures, light rain) do not qualify for a refund. Final decisions regarding weather-related cancellations are made by B&B Marina staff.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation for a full refund (by 8:30 a.m. the day before your scheduled reservation). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start time are non-refundable. No-call, no-show reservations are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation.
